Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While the room wasn't ideal for a honeymoon stay with two single beds pushed together, some rooms, like the one I had on the third floor with a double balcony, were amazing. The service was friendly and attentive, though there were a few hiccups. The location was top-notch for exploring the old town, but the nearby bars were pricey. The dining was excellent, especially the breakfast spread. The facilities were generally good, although some areas felt dislocated.
I couldn't have asked for a better location - right by the Piazza and with a stunning view of the lake. The rooms, though small and basic, were surprisingly well-appointed and spotlessly clean. However, the separate lift area for certain rooms felt like a trip back in time to old apartments.
The hotel offers rooms with a view over the lake, piazza, and mountains, but some noise from the square can be a drawback. The service is friendly and courteous, though there might be challenges with room requests. The location is ideal for exploring both old town and shops. The dining experience is good, with fresh and tasty options available.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very small and the bathroom tiny, instantly filled with the heavy odor of a deep-fried fish dish being prepared in the kitchen. The room was quite outdated for the price I paid, offering a very basic and utilitarian setup.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right by the Piazza with a stunning view of the lake. The rooms were spacious, clean, and oh-so comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast options. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
